Can I buy direct from Perfection Jewellery?
We are a manufacturer and do not sell directly to the public. Our range is sold nationwide, through our ever-growing number of stockists. Please use our stockist locator to find the homepage of your nearest one. On the homepage, you will find information on the retailer such as contact details, special offers and services they run. Please be aware that most of our stockists offer a discount on our RRP. Please visit their site to find out more.

Why can't I buy online?
As mentioned in 'Can I buy direct from Perfection Jewellery', we don't sell to the public. We feel that diamond jewellery is the type of luxury that people want to see and touch before they buy. We have therefore created this database to inform you of where you can buy some of the best value and high-quality diamonds around.

What if my jewellery breaks in any way?
In the very unlikely event of this happening, please return your jewellery to the store you bought it from. They will then contact us and we will be more than happy to exchange it for a new piece. However, please be aware that all our jewellery is finished to the highest standard. When posting the jewellery to our stockists, all orders go through a high-class quality control check, and they are packaged in bubble wrap to avoid damage in the post.
